These are the rules for using this site and the Arithmos app. We kept them short so you can actually read them.
Agreeing to this
If you use this site or the Arithmos app, you’re agreeing to what’s on this page. If you don’t agree with it, please don’t use them.
What this covers
Today this site does one thing: it takes your email so we can tell you when Arithmos launches. When the app is out it will have its own accounts, with sign-in by email and password, by Google, or by Apple. These terms cover both the site and the app.
Your account
Your account is yours to look after. Keep your sign-in details private, and let us know if someone else gets into it. We can close an account that’s being used to abuse the app, the site, or other people.
Fair use
Don’t scrape the site, don’t try to break it, and don’t use it to harm anyone. That’s the whole list.
What belongs to us
The Arithmos name, the mark, the lessons, and the design are ours. Using the site or the app doesn’t give you any rights to them.
As it is
Arithmos is a small product in its early days. It comes as it is. We can’t promise it will always be available, always be right, or suit any particular purpose, though we’ll fix what we can.
Limits
As far as the law allows, Arithmos isn’t liable for loss or damage that comes out of using the site or the app, or out of not being able to use them.
Changes
These terms will change as Arithmos grows. Whatever is on this page is the current version, and using the site or the app after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
