The app: without an account

You can start playing Arithmos without signing in. Until you make an account, your progress stays on your phone and nothing about you leaves it.

The app: signing in

You can make an account with an email and password, with Google, or with Apple. We receive your name, your email address, and an account identifier, and we use them for one thing: creating and recognizing your Arithmos account. With Apple you can choose to hide your email, and we’ll only ever see Apple’s relay address. Email passwords are stored by our sign-in provider in hashed form, so nobody at Arithmos can read them. We never post, read, or touch anything else on your Google or Apple account.

The app: what it stores

Your learning record lives against that account: lessons finished, XP and levels, practice days, how you did on practice sessions and exams, gems and what you spend them on, achievements, and your settings. How you did on practice and exams is used for one thing: suggesting what to practice next. All of it sits in our database (Supabase), locked so each account can only reach its own rows, and it syncs there so a new iPhone picks up exactly where the old one left off.

The app: memberships

Akademia is bought through the App Store, so Apple takes the payment. We never see your card or billing details. Apple shares the purchase with RevenueCat, the service that keeps our subscription records, along with your Arithmos account identifier. RevenueCat then tells our database whether your membership is active, so it follows you to any phone you sign in on. RevenueCat’s own policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.

The app: who else is involved

Only the services that make the app work, each handling just its part:

• Supabase, which runs our database and sign-in
• Resend, which delivers sign-in and password emails
• Apple, for payments and Sign in with Apple
• Google, if you choose to sign in with it
• RevenueCat, for subscription records

That’s the whole list. No ads, no third-party analytics, no trackers, and no selling or sharing your data with anyone else.

Younger learners

Arithmos is made for a general audience, and it includes an elementary level for younger learners. We collect only what’s on this page, with no ads and no tracking, whatever the age. If you’re a parent and think your child under 13 made an account without your permission, email help@arithmosmath.com and we’ll delete it.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app, under Account. That removes your record from our database. If you’d rather, email help@arithmosmath.com from your account’s address and we’ll do it for you. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an Akademia subscription; cancel that in your iPhone’s Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Apple keeps its own record of your purchases.

This site: the waitlist

This site collects the email you enter, when you joined, and, if you came from a shared link, a short tag saying where from. Nothing else: no cookies, no analytics, no trackers. We’ll email you about the Arithmos launch, we don’t send newsletters, and we don’t share or sell the list.

Leaving the list

Email help@arithmosmath.com from the address you signed up with and we’ll delete it. The launch email will have an unsubscribe link too.
